The New York Daily News recently renamed its web site. It is now called Daily News America.
There are two editions readers can choose from: America and New York. The front pages are almost identical with the New York version adding stories with local flavor approximately halfway down the page.
The web site has been redesigned to look like a high-end publication. Yet, the melodramatic headlines the news organization is known for still scream for readers.
Like its paper counterpart, sports and celebrities are the topics most covered on the page. The Daily News is a favorite read for sports fans all over the country with its thorough coverage.
